Most things we learn. People learn to talk, walk and to do other things. A baby is always learning, but is born with the basic instincts .

The cheetah’s unique body structure: flexible spine, semi-retractable claws, long legs and tail allow it to achieve the unbelievable top speed of 110 km/hr (70 mph). The cheetah’s body is narrow and lightweight with long slender limbs. Specialized muscles allow for a greater swing to the limbs increasing acceleration.

Cubs are able to walk when they are just a few weeks old. They will start running around when they are three to four weeks of age." "In the wild, the cubs will learn how to hunt from mom. She starts teaching them this when they are about six months old.

Female cheetahs mature at 3 years and males at 3 – 4 years. The mating period can be between one day or up to a week. The female cheetahs. gestation period is 90 – 95 days after which she will give birth a litter of 4 – 6 cubs in a quiet, hidden location usually in tall grass. Litters are born every 2 – 3 years.

Cheetah females have a gestation period of 92-95 days; and will give birth to a litter of approximately three or five cubs, the cubs weighing in at around 250 grams at birth. Cheetah cubs are completely helpless and blind at birth, however they develop rapidly and within 10 days their eyes have opened and they have begun to crawl around the nest area.

How Walking Speed Affects Mile Time. Is there a universal standard for a fast, moderate, or slow walking pace? Actually, yes. Fitness experts tend to use these general guidelines. Fast: 11 minutes per mile. Moderate: 15 minutes per mile. Easy: 20 minutes per mile
